Duck Tour, Love That Dirty Water!!!

After the park we caught the subway over to the museum for the duck tour. For the record, my son HATED being on the subway. It completely freaked him out! I think it reminded him of the amusement park ride that he tried this past summer and did NOT care for. Fortunately it was only a short trip to the Museum of Science.

Once we arrived, this guy assured us we were in the right place for the duck tour.

This is the Duck.

If you are not familiar with the Duck tour,

They not only show you around town,

but they also give you an interesting glimpse into Boston's history.

As well as its newest additions!
Our tour guide says that depending on who you ask,

this new addition is somewhat of a sore subject. I sure liked it.

After they show you around the city,
they take you around the famous Boston Harbor!

Because I am a water person, this was my favorite part.

Hey! 33

Man, I love that dirty water!

Only according to our tour guide the water is apparently quite clean now.;)

If you are REALLY REALLY special, your Captain might even let you, or your child drive the duck!

And just in case the special drivers can't see above the dash and your duck goes swimming into a bridge.
Don't worry they are prepared!

QUACK! QUACK!

Up on The North End

After the duck tour we walked

through the historic streets of Boston,

Past Quincy Market

and further up

to the North End for dinner.

It was cool to see all the sights

Along the way.

We passed by the Old North Church.

and had to take a look inside.

Hey 33, I'm 33 and I'm a Thomas!

After dinner we got to walk through the city at night!

YUM!

I LOVED IT HERE!

There is something so energizing about

the city at night! I loved it!

We can't wait to go back!
